Poland's 4x100m relay misses national record by two hundredths — Swoboda anchors

Poland's 4x100m relay team qualified for the final with a near-flawless run, missing the national record by just two hundredths of a second. Ewa Swoboda anchored the squad, holding second place on the straight. The Polish record was set at the European Championships final in Munich. Pia Skrzyszowska was rested for the evening final.
