Google lets users remove visible watermarks from AI-generated content

Google is introducing the ability to remove visible watermarks from AI-generated content. However, the invisible SynthID marker will remain embedded in the material, continuing to identify it as AI-created. The change gives users more flexibility in how they present content while retaining a hidden verification system.
