Sweden undermining post-Brexit rights of British citizens with high removal orders
Sweden appears to be issuing removal orders against British citizens at an unusually high rate, effectively rejecting "reasonable grounds" claims from those who failed to apply for post-Brexit residency status in time. In 2020, UK immigration minister Kevin Foster pledged that the EU would take "a generous approach" to such cases.
