Ukraine strikes Russian rocket plant in Samara that produces Soyuz-2 launch vehicles

Ukraine struck the Progress Rocket and Space Centre in Samara, a facility that manufactures Soyuz-2 launch vehicles used, among other things, to put satellites of Russia's high-speed internet system into orbit — a system with potential military applications. The strike set the plant on fire.
