Landlords want more rental market regulation than tenants, survey finds

A report by the Institute of the Rental Market (IRN) shows that 64.6% of landlords want more regulation of the rental market, compared with 41.9% of tenants. Both groups call for uniform rules and a clear legal framework. The findings are counterintuitive: it is landlords, not tenants, who more frequently demand greater oversight.
