Marcin Budkowski named Cadillac F1 team principal

Cadillac announced on Wednesday that Marcin Budkowski has been appointed the new principal of its Formula 1 team. The 49-year-old Warsaw-born Pole returns to a major paddock role after a four-year break, having previously worked at Ferrari among other teams. Journalist Mikołaj Sokół of Eleven Sports noted that Budkowski will need to immediately begin building the new team's structure.
