Beach volleyball stars praise Stare Jabłonki, but this may be the last major European Championship there

The European Beach Volleyball Championships in Stare Jabłonki have reached their decisive stage, with only foreign pairs remaining in contention. Athletes from across Europe are united in praise for the venue and organisation: "When you look at the map, you think it's in the middle of nowhere. But it's really beautiful, peaceful. And the people are very polite." The event may, however, be the last major European championship held in the town.
