Ploughed road case: prosecutors cut estimated damage to under 200,000 PLN, changing the charge

A farmer from Gliwice who was arrested over the ploughing up of a road has been released. Prosecutors reduced the estimated damage from over 300,000 PLN to below 200,000 PLN, which changes the legal classification of the alleged offence. The court reversed its earlier controversial ruling, and the case may now take a significantly different course.
