Trump asks Supreme Court to allow $400m ballroom project without Congress approval

The Trump administration has asked the US Supreme Court to allow a $400 million ballroom project to proceed. An appeals court previously ruled that the administration must first seek authorisation from Congress to continue with the project. The Supreme Court petition is an attempt to bypass that requirement.
