F1 world championship races won't return to Russia, FIA rules out top events

Oksana Kosachenko says it is more likely than not that top-tier motorsport events will not return to Russia. Although the FIA has permitted Russian drivers to compete internationally, prestigious events such as the F1 world championship will not be held on Russian soil. Russia does not meet even the preliminary conditions required to host such competitions.
