Binance to block transactions with HTX and 10 other exchanges under EU Russia sanctions

Binance has announced it will stop processing transactions from 16 cryptocurrency exchanges, including HTX, citing regulatory compliance. Five of the 16 were already blocked. The move is tied to EU sanctions imposed on Russia, which Binance says it is obliged to enforce.
