Romanowski outside EU and seeking safe conduct — PiS holds off on suspension

The defence lawyer for PiS MP Marcin Romanowski confirmed that his client has applied for a safe conduct letter and submitted a statement that he is currently outside the European Union. PiS MP Zbigniew Kuźmiuk, asked whether Romanowski would be suspended from the party, said only: "Let's not get ahead of the facts." The matter remains unresolved.
