Mentzen dismisses Morawiecki's new demographic plan: "3,600 plus won't work either"

Mentzen argued that since the 500-plus and 800-plus programmes had failed to raise the birth rate, a new cash transfer would be equally ineffective. Morawiecki has claimed his new plan will "definitely work."
