British cyclist Finlay Tarling, 19, dies after crash in Volta a Portugal

British cyclist Finlay Tarling, 19, has died after suffering serious injuries during the eighth stage of the Volta a Portugal road race. Racing was suspended following the accident, and the podium ceremony was cancelled by the organisers. Tarling was considered one of Britain's most talented young cyclists.
