Jeff Bezos-backed consortium buys ~one-third stake in Liverpool FC

Liverpool's owners FSG have agreed to sell around a third of the club to a consortium that includes Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. The deal represents one of the largest ownership transactions in English football history. Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
