Crypto lender Delio CEO gets 15 years for $49M fraud

The CEO of cryptocurrency lending platform Delio has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for a $49 million fraud. A botched search of the platform's server host significantly weakened the prosecution's case, reducing the number of alleged victims from 2,800 to around 1,100. The court nonetheless handed down a conviction.
