Sociologist Flis: PiS split strips Civic Coalition of a key electoral engine
Prof. Jarosław Flis, a sociologist at the Jagiellonian University, argues that the breakup of PiS will strip the Civic Coalition of one of its main electoral engines — the fear of Kaczyński. He predicts no more than five parties will enter the Sejm and says he would be "very surprised" if six managed to do so. Flis also warns that the Civic Coalition's remaining electoral drivers are losing momentum.
