Polish disability certificate: what benefits and allowances does it grant?
Holders of a Polish disability certificate are entitled to a range of benefits including a care allowance, a disabled parking card, reduced-fare public transport and a rehabilitation tax relief. The scope of entitlements depends on the degree of disability — mild, moderate or significant. Special employment conditions also apply to certificate holders under separate regulations.
