Frontex: illegal EU border crossings down 37% in first seven months of the year

Frontex reported on Friday that illegal crossings of the EU's external borders fell by 37 percent in the first seven months of the year compared with the same period last year. The agency cautioned, however, that the figures do not account for the ongoing migration crisis in Ceuta.
