Sailor evacuated from Baltic Sea in 30 minutes by military rescue helicopter

A 26-year-old sailor aboard the Liberian-flagged bulk carrier "Orion Fortune" was evacuated from the Baltic Sea just 30 minutes after the distress call was received. The rescue was carried out by the on-duty crew of a W-3 WARM helicopter from Darłowo, part of the Gdynia Naval Aviation Brigade. The sailor was safely brought aboard the military rescue helicopter.
