Farmer who ploughed up new road in Gliwice released from custody

A farmer who destroyed a newly laid road in Gliwice-Ostropa with his tractor has been released from custody after prosecutors revised their estimate of the damage and reduced the charges. The maximum prison sentence he now faces has been cut from 10 years to 5 years. The change followed a re-evaluation of the financial losses caused by the incident.
