European Public Prosecutor's Office investigates Polish flood-aid fraud in KO-linked agency

The European Public Prosecutor's Office has stepped into an investigation into alleged fraud at the Karkonoska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego (KARR). Funds designated as flood relief were reportedly channelled to properties that were not affected by flooding at all. The scandal is causing tensions within the Koalicja Obywatelska governing coalition.
