Andrejczyk fails to reach European Athletics Championships javelin final
Maria Andrejczyk, Olympic silver medallist and reigning Polish javelin champion, failed to qualify for the final of the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham. The 30-year-old had won the Polish senior title just a few weeks earlier. After her disappointing performance, she spoke emotionally in front of TVP Sport cameras.
