Pixel 11's Tensor G6 uses 3 nm process, not 2 nm — Samsung keeps lithography lead
Pre-release leaks had suggested Google's Tensor G6 chip in the Pixel 11 series would be the first smartphone processor made using TSMC's 2 nm process. Official statements from the manufacturer have refuted those reports — the Tensor G6 is built on a 3 nm process. This means Samsung's Galaxy S26 remains the only smartphone with a 2 nm chip.
