79-year-old woman dies in Oświęcim district — 40-year-old suspect remanded in custody

A court has ordered three months of pre-trial detention for a 40-year-old man suspected in connection with the death of a 79-year-old woman in the Oświęcim district. The suspect turned himself in to police. The Oświęcim District Prosecutor's Office is investigating whether the death involved robbery with violence.
