Robinhood raises $200M for second public venture capital fund for retail investors

Investment platform Robinhood has raised $200 million for a second publicly traded venture capital vehicle. The fund aims to give ordinary retail investors access to stakes in privately held start-ups, an asset class previously reserved almost exclusively for institutional investors.
