Delio crypto lender CEO jailed 15 years in South Korea for $50m fraud
A South Korean court sentenced the head of centralised finance lender Delio to 15 years in prison for embezzling digital assets from more than 1,100 customers. The fraud amounted to approximately $50 million. The case ranks among the largest crypto fraud convictions in South Korean history.
