Polish government to revive windfall profit tax on fuel companies in revised form

President Karol Nawrocki has referred the windfall profit tax on fuel companies to Poland's Constitutional Tribunal. Energy Minister Miłosz Motyka said the Tribunal is unlikely to rule on it and announced the government will reintroduce the legislation in a revised form.
