Teachers to picket on last day of summer holidays: "Politicians, to the board!"

The Polish Teachers' Union (ZNP) has planned a picket for the last day of the summer holidays. The union's deputy head says the protest is motivated by politicians failing to keep their promises to teachers, stating: "If you say something, you have to keep those promises." The action is intended to put pressure on the government ahead of the new school year.
