Apple officially classifies iPhone X as obsolete, ending all official service

Apple has updated its list of obsolete devices to include the iPhone X, the 2017 model that was marketed as the biggest revolution in the iPhone's history. The classification means Apple has officially ended all authorised repair and service for the device. Owners can no longer take their iPhone X to Apple-authorised service centres for repairs.
