Zambia suspends vote count after ballot papers stolen in polling staff attacks

Zambia's electoral commission suspended vote counting after violent attacks on polling staff resulted in the theft of marked ballot papers. The commission stated that the incidents seriously threaten the integrity of the electoral process.
