Prof. Zoll: Berek's nomination to the Constitutional Tribunal is a bad idea

Former Constitutional Tribunal president Professor Andrzej Zoll says that nominating Maciej Berek as a TK judge is a bad idea. He argues the first step should be formally resolving the status of Bogdan Święczkowski, who still sits on the court. Zoll also commented on Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek's planned moves regarding the Tribunal.
