Tusk: Fuel VAT cut from 23% to 8% — prices to drop by over 1 zloty per litre

Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced the return of the CPN (Fuel Prices Lower) programme from Monday. Fuel VAT will be cut from 23% to 8%, which should translate into a price drop of 90 groszy to over one zloty per litre. Regulated fuel prices are also planned as part of the scheme.
