Poles flee big cities for countryside — rural homes up to several dozen percent cheaper
According to a Nieruchomosci-online.pl report, 44% of Gdańsk residents, 36% of those in Poznań and 32% in Kraków say they want to move from the city to the countryside. The main driver is the significant price gap: rural homes can be several dozen percent cheaper than their urban counterparts. The trend could reshape both city and rural property markets in Poland.
