Rodent poison indirectly killing storks, researcher warns

Rodenticides used to kill mice and rats are indirectly poisoning white storks that feed on the contaminated animals. Dr Natalia Tańska from the University of Rzeszów warns that humans are the greatest threat to storks. Pesticide and rodenticide contamination poses a serious risk to the stork population in Poland.
