One in three residents of Polish regional cities considers moving to the countryside

A survey found that one in three residents of Poland's regional capitals is considering moving to the countryside or a smaller town. Those most eager to leave include residents of Gdańsk, Kielce and Zielona Góra, drawn by peace, nature and lower housing prices. However, a rapid influx of new rural residents risks overwhelming local infrastructure and recreating the urban problems people are trying to escape.
