Who pays for Bandera's grave in Munich? Germany and Ukraine stay silent

Deutsche Welle reports that neither German authorities nor the Ukrainian Consulate General in Munich will say who is funding the upkeep of Stepan Bandera's grave at Munich's Waldfriedhof cemetery. Fresh flowers and candles regularly appear at the site. Bandera is regarded as a war criminal in Poland but is venerated by part of Ukrainian society.
