Record floods near Tokyo kill four and strand thousands at Narita airport

Record-breaking rainfall struck Chiba Prefecture east of Tokyo, triggering flash floods, landslides and power cuts affecting more than 20,000 households. At least four people were killed and one remains missing. Around 7,000 travellers were stranded at Narita International Airport.
