Polish government to close tax loophole in family foundations

Poland's Ministry of Finance published a draft amendment to the personal and corporate income tax laws aimed at stopping family foundations from being used as a tax avoidance tool. The project appeared Thursday on the Government Legislation Centre's website. The government wants to eliminate schemes where family foundations circumvent tax regulations instead of serving their intended purpose of protecting family assets.
