Colombia earthquake kills over 250; rescue teams dig for survivors

A magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck western Colombia, killing more than 250 people. The mayor of Cali is coordinating rescue efforts as hope of finding survivors fades. Search teams continue digging through rubble looking for anyone still alive.
