Polish government mulls new ~24% PIT tax band — who would benefit?

Poland's government is debating a personal income tax reform that includes a possible new rate of around 24% to sit between the existing 12% and 32% bands. The ruling coalition wants voters to feel the benefits before the election year. Tax experts say the new rate would mostly benefit earners who currently fall into the higher 32% bracket.
