MyDr data breach may bring legal consequences for thousands of Polish clinics

A data breach at the MyDr medical platform may have serious consequences not only for the company itself but also for thousands of clinics across Poland. According to Rzeczpospolita, medical facilities were the legal administrators of their patients' data and had entrusted its processing to the external platform. The clinics may now face legal liability for the personal data violation.
