New flat prices in Trójmiasto up 35% in three years, increasingly bought as second homes

According to Tabelaofert data, average prices of new flats in the Trójmiasto area rose by nearly 35% over three years, compared to around 15% in Katowice. Seaside properties are increasingly being purchased by wealthy buyers as second homes rather than primary residences. The premium segment of the Trójmiasto market is growing rapidly.
