Teamsters union blasts Paramount over Warner Bros. Discovery merger promises

The Teamsters union has publicly condemned Paramount over its handling of promises and threats tied to David Ellison's stalled $111 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, telling the company to "stop playing games." The WGA has also joined opposition to the deal, while the DGA and IATSE have shown more willingness to seek a settlement. State attorneys general are examining the antitrust implications of the merger.
