Over 120,000 Flock ALPR cameras track vehicles across the US

More than 120,000 Flock automatic licence plate reader (ALPR) cameras are now installed across the United States. The cameras use AI to identify and track vehicles by licence plate number, make, model and colour, forming a networked system that logs people's movements throughout the day. The scale of the surveillance network has sparked growing public debate.
