Kyiv: no peace deal with Russia without Washington's involvement

Ukraine's leaders are increasingly convinced that the United States must be party to any peace agreement with Russia. Kyiv is awaiting a decision from the Trump administration on the matter. Washington is seen as an indispensable actor without whom a lasting peace in Ukraine cannot be achieved.
