Oil Spill From Russian Shadow-Fleet Tanker Covers 1,300 sq km Off Oman

An oil spill originating from a damaged vessel belonging to Russia's shadow fleet has reached the coast of Oman, CNN reported Thursday. Greenpeace said the slick now covers approximately 1,300 square kilometres. Salvage and clean-up operations are being hampered by adverse weather conditions.
