Smokehouse Fire Near Płock Kills One Man

A large fire broke out at a smokehouse in Świerczyn, a village in the Mazovia region near Płock. Firefighters discovered the body of a man aged around 45 during an inspection of the site, according to Lt. Wojciech Pietrzak of the Płock fire brigade. The man could not be saved.
