Raków reach Conference League play-off round after Svarnas header

Raków Częstochowa advanced to the fourth and final qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League by beating Hammarby IF 1:0 away. Stratos Svarnas scored the only goal in first-half stoppage time. After a 0:0 draw in the first leg in Częstochowa, the single goal was enough to send Raków through.
