Rosati: politicians are weaponising the law — Romanowski case and Berek nomination cross the line
Przemysław Rosati, president of the Polish Bar Council, said in an interview that the Marcin Romanowski safe-conduct letter case and Maciej Berek's nomination to the Constitutional Tribunal represent further instances of politicians weaponising the law. Rosati linked the slow pace of rule-of-law restoration to the same underlying attitude.
